She has worked as an organizational development consultant within the environmental industry for the past eight years. She is a former Director of AIESEC International, where she had the opportunity to co-led the efforts of bringing the international community of colleges, non-profit sector, government and business together in understanding and identifying the core skills needed by citizens to exist and thrive in the 21st century. She has co-authored articles in newsletters for local independent schools and non-profits focusing on topics of brain research, wellness and mind-body awareness. She is also the co-author of the children chapter Book Discovery of Glow. She has been a guest speaker and trainer to diverse international conferences and seminars around the world. She worked as a children and youth mentor and counselor in Caracas, Venezuela for over 8 years with the non-profit Fe y Alegria. She also worked for over 5 years as an event organizer putting together the protocol and logistics of trade & cultural missions, international congresses, leadership seminars, and trade shows. Throughout her studies and work in Venezuela and abroad, she realized how professional and personal success and well-being in teens and adults was highly influenced by what they thought of themselves and of the world around them. Candice realized at a young age, and later confirmed through brain research studies, that the beliefs that are instilled during childhood through accumulated experiences influence children and the kind of adults they would become. She created Glowmundo as a resource to build inner strength in children their parents, teachers and caregivers so they can lead happier, more fulfilling and healthier lives and be a great contributor to their societies. She feels blessed to be a mother and by the opportunity to lead Glowmundo to assist in the process of enhancing the lives of children in America and around the world
